- Every nomination needs to be accompanied by a registration of your student. We require that your student provides the exact same email address that you enter in this form for them. If your student has multiple email addresses (e.g., one associated with their school and a personal one), please coordinate with your student to provide the same email address as you do for them.
- Make sure to make no typo when entering your own email address. We have no means of contacting you if the email address is invalid.
